Interior drainage, exterior grading, crack injection, or a combination — we scope what your Pomeroy, WA basement actually needs.
We've walked into plenty of Pomeroy, WA basements where two or three prior repairs each addressed a different symptom without solving the underlying combination of causes. Diagnosing the full picture first is what actually breaks that cycle.
We check walls, floor, grading, gutters, and window wells before recommending a repair, not just the spot where you noticed water.
Our technicians know the common wet-basement patterns specific to Pomeroy, WA construction styles and soil conditions.
We break down each component of the fix so you understand what you're paying for and why it's included.
That range means the diagnosis drives the fix, not which single service a narrower contractor happens to offer.
Every Pomeroy, WA Wet Basement Repair job starts with an inspection, not a generic package — here's what that typically includes.
We use moisture meters, visual inspection, and a review of exterior grading and gutters to identify every contributing water source, not just the obvious one.
This is the most common fix for Pomeroy, WA basements with a consistently high water table.
Active wall cracks get epoxy or polyurethane injection as part of a comprehensive wet basement repair, sealed and classified before we move to other work.
We correct grading and extend downspouts as part of the full repair scope where the inspection points that direction.
Chronic basement moisture creates conditions for mold growth, and part of our repair scope is getting humidity down to a level that doesn't support it.
We ask how long the basement has been wet, whether it's constant or storm-related, and what you've already tried.
A technician checks interior walls and floor, exterior grading, gutters, and window wells to build a complete picture of what's driving the moisture.
You'll get a written scope covering every component of the recommended fix, whether that's one service or several combined.
We're available to reassess if conditions change after a major storm, since Pomeroy, WA weather can be unpredictable.

Previous repairs may have addressed only one contributing factor while others were left unresolved — our diagnostic process checks for the full picture.
A written diagnostic summary explains our findings before we recommend any specific repair.
Addressing only one factor while ignoring the others is a common reason prior repairs fail.
Getting humidity and water intrusion under control is a necessary first step before mold remediation can hold long-term.
Every recommendation is itemized in writing so you understand what's driving the total.
Timeline depends on scope — a single-cause fix might take a day, while a combination of drainage, grading, and crack repair can take several days.
